My sleep schedule is all messed up from exams. Happens every semester, I should be sleeping by now.
I really want to go to sleep, but I’m not allowed because Busta Rhymes and Q-Tip did a mixtape together.
That feel after an exam when you can finally forget everything you learned in the course.

Bench: 337.5 x 2, 347.5 x 2, 357.5 x 1 x 2, 315 x 4
First two sets were fast, third one first rep was okay. second slowed down a bit and the spotter grabbed it, I’m not gonna say “Oh, I definitely had it.” or anything, but it definitely wasn’t at a state where it should have been grabbed. Tried again, didn’t get the second, then took 315 to failure without a belt or wraps.

Could have been easier, but I did a lot of benching, and didn’t take a break after.
